Worship Ministries Director

Matt joined the Berean staff in October 2019 as Music Director and has now stepped into the role of Worship Ministries Director. In this role, Matt guides a dynamic team of talented worship leaders, musicians, and technicians whose unified purpose is to foster a culture of Christ-centered worship at Berean. 

Matt has been married to the love of his life since October 2011. Together, they have a teenage daughter, preschool daughter, and son, all bringing joy and life to their home.

Prior to moving north, the Ulrichs spent six years in Nashville, Tennessee, where Matt had the opportunity to make lasting connections in the Christian music industry. He has toured the world with artists that include Jeremy Camp, Sandi Patty, I Am They, Stars Go Dim, David Leonard, Sidewalk Prophets, and Plumb.
